In the beginning...there was D&D, and it had Halflings, and
Dwarves... and it was good. Later, D&D grew up with us, and became 
, and IT had elves, and wizards, and
spells a plenty... it was better, and the peasants rejoiced. Just as we
became men, some of the Vampires moved up and out, and created their own little
"World of Darkness," and the Were-wolves, Mages
, Wraiths,
Mummies and Fairies
followed... and I am in love with them all, especially since THEY are
more computer literate than my parents, branching off into the world of MUDs, MUSHES, and
MOOs
... and I see no end in sight. Who knows, maybe there will be VRML MUDs
soon...and then, I will cry because my computer can't handle it anyway. :)
